Little Steps Make Leveraging Your Time Easier
One of the things that you can do to begin leveraging your time is to transfer what is in your mind to paper. The simple act of thinking, writing, reading, and interacting makes the process of remembering easier for you.
When your brain has a lot of information in it and you find yourself unable to focus, write down the information on a piece of paper. Then cross off the items you do not need to worry about anymore. The remaining items are placed on a To Do list in order for you to take care of those items.
I have included a sample of one I created that provides color stimulation - keeps your brain attracted to it - and makes it easier to find. This To Do list also reminds you to recharge during the day, actively cross items off your list, and to schedule some fun into your day.
